Small Cell Lung Cancer (SCLC)
Extensive-stage SCLC
Indicated in combination with atezolizumab or atezolizumab/hyaluronidase for maintenance treatment in adults with extensive-stage SCLC whose disease has not progressed after first-line induction therapy with atezolizumab or atezolizumab/hyaluronidase-tqjs, carboplatin, and etoposide
Antiemetic prophylaxis
Administer corticosteroids (eg, dexamethasone 8 mg IV or equivalent) and serotonin antagonists (eg, ondansetron 8 mg IV or equivalent) prior to dose in Cycle 1
Consider antiemetic prophylaxis for subsequent cycles
Dosing
3.2 mg/m2 IV every 21 days until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity
See atezolizumab or atezolizumab/hyaluronidase Prescribing Information for recommended dosing; administer before lurbinectedin if given on same day
Administer granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF) to reduce risk of febrile neutropenia
