• 10mg/mL multiple-dose vials

Ovarian Cancer

Single-agent therapy

• Indicated for treatment of ovarian carcinoma that recurs after prior chemotherapy

• 360 mg/m2 IV OR AUC of 4-6 IV (see Dosing Considerations for how to calculate dose using AUC)

• Give on Day 1 every 4 weeks until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity

• Individualize dosage based on response to treatment and patient risk factors

Combination therapy

• Indicated as part of a combination regimen for initial treatment of advanced ovarian carcinoma

• 300 mg/m2 IV OR AUC of 4-6 IV (see Dosing Considerations for how to calculate dose using AUC)

• Give in combination with cyclophosphamide 600 mg/m2 IV on Day 1 every 4 weeks

• Continue for up to 6 cycles or until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity

• Individualize dosage based on specific regimen administered, response to treatment, and patient risk factors
