Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)

Indicated for treatment of adults with anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK)-positive locally advanced or metastatic NSCLC as detected by an FDA-approved test who have not previously received an ALK-inhibitor

225 mg PO daily until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity

Dosage Modifications

Recommended dosage reductions

• First reduction: 200 mg PO daily

• Second reduction: 150 mg PO daily

• Permanently discontinue if unable to tolerate 150 mg PO daily

• Do not subsequently increase dose after dosage reduction

Interstitial lung disease (ILD)/pneumonitis

• Any grade: Permanently discontinue

Dermatologic adverse reactions

• Grade 1

• Consider topical corticosteroids
