Germ Cell Testicular Cancer

Indicated in combination with other antineoplastic agents as third-line treatment for germ cell testicular cancer

1.2 grams/m2 IV daily on days 1-5 repeated every 3 weeks or after recovery from hematologic toxicity

Dosage Modifications

Individualize dose and dosing schedule based on patient risk factors and adverse reactions

Renal Impairment

• Known to be excreted by kidneys; plasma accumulation may result in decreased renal function

• Closely monitor patients with renal impairment for adverse reactions; consider dosage modifications

• Ifosfamide and its metabolites are dialyzable
